Our Events

Equestrian Management Group is proud to host another season of first-class equestrian competition at Caledon Equestrian Park.  This year, we will be offering a total of twelve equestrian competitions and one Masterclass Clinic.  We will continue to have incorporate a National Level Dressage competition and an International CDI3* competition into our 2020 schedule of events.

With the consideration of additional programs, we are continuing to grow our demographic which includes men and women, of all ages.

 

Your Opportunity

Vendors of these growing events will reach a captive audience of equestrians and their families, an audience that will reach many people throughout the competition season.  Attendees and riders typically come from across the country to attend our scheduled events.

 

The Return

Becoming a vendor at any of the 2020 EMG events provides your business with unique access to a motivated and committed audience. By supporting the equestrian community, you are addressing the venue attendees directly who care deeply about the tradition and future growth of their sport. 

Our events will take place on site at Caledon Equestrian Park and include a minimum of 3 competition rings at each event (with the exception of the Masterclass Clinic).  Event vendors will be located outdoors along the west side of the indoor arena wall. 

Benefits and recognition include your exhibit vehicle, and web links on our official event website.  We have designed our vendor package to maximize your organization’s visibility and expand your client base.  Vendors may also choose to become a sponsor of our events and/or advertise in souvenir programs where offered. 

Your Vendor Space Includes​​

  • 10’ x 20’ allocated space (Suitable for self contained mobile unit)

  • Basic electrical (15 amp)

  • Wireless Internet is available on site for phone/POS terminals.

  • A vendor list will be populated and placed on the Caledon Equestrian Park website advertising your presence for the reserved event.

  • For the Masterclass Clinic, in addition to the above, you will also receive:

    • Mention of attendance

    • Two (2) two-day auditor passes to gain access to the building’s amenities.

 

Your Commitment

Tentative Schedule:

  • Vendors of Hunter/Jumper and Dressage competitions are required to be open for business Friday, Saturday & Sunday, 10am – 3pm (unless the competition day ends before 3pm).  Vendors can be open for each day of competition, 8am until close if preferred, but are required to operate within the above noted parameters.

 

  • Vendors of the Masterclass Clinic are required to be open for business each day of the clinic from 9:00am – 4:00pm, although may chose to remain open longer.

Insurance Requirements

The Vendor shall, at its sole expense and cost, carry (i) a policy of general liability insurance against claims of personal injuries, wrongful death, or property damage occurring on or about Caledon Equestrian Park with a minimum amount of two million dollars ($2,000,000).  A Certificate of insurance (COI) verifying said policy and naming Equestrian Management Group Inc., Caledon Equestrian park, Town of Caledon and Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA) as additional insureds must be provided to EMG at the time of application.

Vendor Fees

  • Hunter/Jumper Competitions: $1000 CAD plus HST per 10'x20’ vendor space

  • Dressage Competitions: $600 CAD plus HST per 10'x20’ vendor space

  • Masterclass Clinic: $700 CAD plus HST per 10'x20’ vendor space
